Arriving
One enters the apartment through a spacious hallway that offers more than just a passage.
To the right, the living room opens up - almost square, with strip parquet and large windows. Plenty of light, lots of greenery, no cars in sight. The park takes center stage here. A room that radiates calm without being silent.
A door from the living room leads through a small room - almost like a quiet transition - into another room with a clear view into the gardens of the surrounding houses.
Quiet, protected, secluded. A room for everything that requires concentration or retreat.
A Bathroom with Character
And somewhere between getting up and heading out, the bathroom awaits.
Moss green, olive, a hint of avocado - just like one appreciated in the late 70s. And yes, it’s coming back again. A room that already has good vibes before you find them yourself. Bathtub in place, sense of time gone.

The Kitchen
Then it’s off to the kitchen. Modern, tidy, with red fronts that bring just the right amount of color into play. Clear but with enough space for a cozy breakfast nook. Through the large windows, there’s plenty to observe - the view falls towards the street and park. Morning light, life during the day, atmosphere at night.

The Second Bedroom
Right next to the kitchen lies the second bedroom. Conveniently placed - short distances and honest mornings. Overall, the apartment presents itself as very well-kept, but yes - a little fresh air would certainly do it good. But the foundation is solid, and the location is excellent.
